SB 823 — Access to Affordable EV Charging!

We've partnered with State Senator Lola Smallwood-Cuevas (Los Angeles) to introduce SB 823 to increase access to affordable electric vehicle (EV) charging for California’s low-income families.

SB 823 would allow eligible residents to use a Discounted Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Payment Card at public chargers while paying the more affordable, residential EV rate they would otherwise receive if they had access to an at-home charger.
