California oil refiners are making record profits on the backs of working Californians. Our state's big five oil refiners posted $67 BILLION in profits during the first nine months of 2022 — that's 4X their profits from the same period last year! In fact, their 9-month profits in 2022 dwarf our state's entire 2023 climate budget! Meanwhile, Big Oil is spending millions to undo public health law SB 1137 and resume neighborhood oil drilling.
